A successful management professional with over 20 years of experience at both public and private companies in product management, marketing, and business development positions in the software, biometric, telecommunications, and semiconductor industries. He has directed global product development programs and projects from R&D through production, including strategic customer and vendor development. Mr. Bockwoldt also has extensive international business experience serving customers in Europe and Asia. He is the CEO & Co-founder and manages the strategic activities of the company. He holds an electrical engineering degree and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Mrs. Bockwoldt is a 404/Sarbanes-Oxley subject matter expert and built the firm's 404 and internal audit practice. She has served as a technical advisor and Senior Project Manager in over 100 SOX implementations for both finance and IT ranging from pre-IPO startups, to first year filers, to Fortune 20 companies. In this regard, she is a leader in spearheading the development of the firm's internal audit and 404 practice deliverables and methodology, and relating those matters to clients and their unique risks. She invented the Vibato® Internal Control Suite™ product methodology and is the CIO & Co-Founder of the Company. Mrs. Bockwoldt worked as external audit for PricewaterhouseCoopers and has obtained Six-Sigma certification through McKesson Corporation.  She holds Master’s degrees in both Taxation and Business Administration.

Mr. Drass has over 20 years of financial and consulting experience in the areas of accounting, tax, audit, international finance and business development for both public and private companies.  He has extensive international business experience having served large multi-national customers in Europe and Asia in the competitive electronics manufacturing industry. In this regard he is Vibato’s leader in spearheading the company’s current and future domestic and international channel development and customer acquisition efforts. 

Prior to joining Vibato, Mr. Drass was a Managing Partner in the Salt Lake City office of Tatum, an executive services firm. Other career highlights include serving as a senior member of the finance team at Memec, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Avnet, Inc., (AVT), and as an external auditor for Grant Thornton LLP.

Mr. Drass is currently a board member and Treasurer of the Utah chapter of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of California and Pennsylvania and holds a bachelor's degree in finance.
