Managers have several years of experience and are familiar with financial reporting requirements, auditing standards, and process sampling and documentation for internal controls. Each Manager level person reports to a Sr. Manager on each project.
Senior Managers have at least 10 years of experience and have significant team management experience. They understand the complexity and organization of larger-scale, international, and multi-site implementations and have experience in several of those areas. They regularly act as intermediaries with external audit to ensure client issues are addressed and projects remain in-scope and on budget. Each Sr. Manager-level person has a Subject Matter Expert or Specialist liaison on each project who will review all work created prior to submission to the client or external auditor.
- Subject Matter Expert / Specialist
Subject Matter Experts or Specialists have significant, specifically relevant experience within their specialty area. They have external audit experience with at least one of the Big Four firms, may hold certifications in areas such as Information Technology or Public Accounting, and have advanced educational degrees. They regularly act as intermediaries with external audit to ensure client issues are addressed and projects remain in-scope and on budget. Subject Matter Experts / Specialists are generally active in the business world as leaders and teachers in their area of expertise.
