Right now, the vote still hasn't officially happened yet on whether the Sarbanes-Oxley permanent 404(b) reprieve will be made law.  As of today at 10:15am PST, the deadline for compliance with Section 404(b) is still set at June 15, 2010.  This may change by the end of the day and we will keep you posted.  Here is a great article from WebCPA (forwarded to be by Clark Keeler from BPM) on the House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank's opinon on the topic:

"Frank acknowledged at a speech during a Compliance Week conference that the provision was likely to be included in a final bill that will be produced by a House-Senate conference committee. “I believe the votes are there whether I like it or not,” he said, according to Dow Jones Newswires. Frank had introduced a proposal to strip the amendment from the House version of the bill, but it was voted down."
